MARKETING COORDINATOR OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to help produce and execute marketing and advertising projects - especially those pertaining to our listings. In this role, you will join our in-house marketing department, @LucidoMarketing, that shapes all of our company’s marketing campaigns - from concept and development through execution and tracking. The marketing department provides vital services and strategy to our entire company, which includes our hub and expansion teams. Our customers include the agents on our teams as well as the clients selling or buying homes with us.

You will be primarily working to serve our hub, Bob Lucido Team of Keller Williams Integrity, with five offices in the Maryland market. You will work out of the marketing office, which is in our headquarters located in Ellicott City, MD. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who takes initiative, thinks strategically, and thrives in a deadline-driven team environment with many moving parts. You are creative and appreciate the key role of storytelling in marketing; yet you are driven by results, and consistently handle multiple projects to produce a high volume of content. You love all things marketing, and are always researching and developing yourself to implement new ideas with our team as the industry changes.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work collaboratively with marketing team and external vendors to execute efficient and effective marketing and ensure cohesion between the Lucido brand and all marketing deliverables

  • Work with Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Coordinator to ensure all listings go to market effectively by delivering necessary marketing collateral (photography/videography, copywriting, brochures, direct mail, social media, email, flyers, ads)

  • Select listings for ads; produce print-ready ads for publications (weekly newspapers, monthly and quarterly magazines, etc)

  • Write copy for various marketing purposes (ads, brochures, blogs, eblasts, etc)

  • Assist with production of property brochures and direct mail campaigns using existing templates

  • Produce agent welcome package for new agents using existing tools and templates

  • Produce agent marketing requests using existing templates

  • Produce and send eblast campaigns for agent broker opens

  • Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and compile marketing reports for listings

  • Work with Social Media Coordinator and Videographer to ensure content from advertising campaigns (listings and messaging) are being featured and promoted on social media

  • Work with marketing team to drive adoption and usage of tools through internal marketing and communications


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify the right tactics across a multitude of channels (print, digital, social, content, direct mail, video, events, etc)

  • Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date on current real estate related matters, tools, and trends

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization

  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in writing copy or content for a variety of platforms

  • Keen eye for good design and layout; ability to select the best photos to use in marketing materials

  • Expectation of confidentiality on all department and company matters

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by working independently and collaboratively

  • Continuous desire to improve existing processes by thinking critically and creatively

  • Willingness and ability to learn and use new technology platforms, tools, and programs

  • Experience with Google suite, Mailchimp, and social media/online marketing platforms

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of related work experience is preferred

  • Experience in real estate, interior design, or marketing and communications is a strong plus

  • Knowledge of InDesign is a strong plus

  • Experience with CRM or database management is a strong plus
